The Creative Side of Me - Part 14 of Part 1

Part 14 of Part 1

HOCKEY- As much as I would love to be able to skillfully play soccer, table tennis, squash and every other sport, I just am not a natural athlete, but hockey after literally working crazy at the field and digging up holes in every corner I can finally play hockey at the lowest level of the A team!

I play- indoor hockey, field hockey and Astro hockey (On Astro Turf is my favourite!)

I love hockey because of the legal adrenaline rush I get while sprinting in a match. At practices I practice, but I am the slowest (most unfit) member of our team, well I was, the season kind of ended a few months ago, but during a match I am the link sprinting up and down and not running out of breath- that is what adrenaline does, that is what loving a game so much that it is part of yo feels like. That is why I love, no, adore hockey with every inch of my body.

I love music. Mostly the music I listen to is rock or acoustic, but I still love classical. Thats what I play on the flute sometimes. Yes, I am a flautist.  The Adagio by Albinoni is outstanding and being able to play it or hear this magical sound coming out of my! flute is overwhelming. Then Muse come, a band which is almost godlike, my two favourite songs are Knights of Cyndonia, which is a hard core rock song and the other is United States of Eurasia. This song starts of like a rock song, but by the time you get near the end, not the end, about two minutes from the end, you suddenly hear the pianist  play a piece from Chopin and that is very sudden and unusual in a rock song yet they put it there and it worked.

Part 12 of Part 1

I have only started learning art properly this year, making me very amateurish. The only style of art that I am some what okay in is pencil shading, but I love to paint. Which, in my case, is quite a problem considering that I can’t.
My second last practical tested my pencil, pen, paint brush and glue stick skills as it involved shading, comic, painting and collage. I had one type of shading, one type of collage, one type of comic and three types of painting styles in it. So to say the least, I was scared. To say the most, I was petrified, but I had to go through these stages to be able to achieve anything with my very, very hidden creativity.

I love giraffes so as you can imagine I draw and paint a lot of giraffes, so in the art of giraffes I could call myself above okay and maybe even one of the best considering that there might only be myself and maybe another person, maybe a creepy little person who has a weird obsession with giraffe spots who trains themselves to draw giraffes. I guess I will probably never know.
The worst thing is that I get so excited about art practicals just to be disappointed with the end result. Well this time I did all right, but I am always weary...
